ccs147 Posted August 13, 2020 Share Posted August 13, 2020 (edited) In the Ferry Nostalgia thread in the post about the St Patrick you can see the Russian liner Mikhail Lermontov. In February 1986 she sank in the Marlborough Sounds off the north coast of New Zealands south island. We were in Picton (which was the ships last port of call) in January and one of her lifeboats is on display outside a local shopping mall.
